1. Registration Policy
- Registration is confirmed upon full payment.
- Participants must provide accurate personal details.
- Registration is non-transferable without written approval.
- At least one author must register after abstract acceptance.
2. Payment Terms
- Payments must be made via official payment channels.
- Transaction and currency conversion charges are participant’s responsibility.
- Early Bird deadlines must be observed to receive discounted rates.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation requests must be submitted via official email.
- Refunds may be subject to administrative charges.
- No refunds after the standard registration deadline.
- Refund processing may take 15–30 business days.
4. Abstract & Scientific Review
- All abstracts must be original and unpublished.
- The Scientific Committee reserves the right to accept or reject submissions.
- Acceptance does not guarantee journal publication.
- Authors are responsible for ethical compliance.
5. Program Modifications
- The Organizing Committee may modify speakers or sessions if necessary.
- Sessions may be conducted virtually if required.
- The conference schedule may change without prior notice.
6. Code of Conduct & Liability
- Professional and respectful behavior is required.
- Misconduct may result in removal without refund.
- Organizers are not responsible for personal belongings.
- Participants must comply with venue and local regulations.
7. Media & Photography
- Sessions may be recorded for documentation and promotion.
- Attendance implies consent for photography unless written objection is submitted.
8. Data Protection
- Personal information is handled as per the Privacy Policy.
- No personal data will be sold for third-party marketing.
- Participants may request data correction or deletion.
